Delivery options

Regular-Driver enters your residence and completes the transaction before leaving.

Curbside-Meet driver at their car upon arrival. Complete transaction outside their passenger window.

Drop-off-A curbside delivery, completed at a public location.

Mailbox-Leave payment outside your residence. Driver swaps for order.

WHAT ARE THEY?

Spend between $40 and $69, without a discount anywhere on your order, to receive a White Discount Card.

Spend $70 or more, without a discount anywhere on your order, and instead receive a Tan Discount Card.

HOW ARE THEY USED?

The cards are turned in 4 at a time. After you accumulate your 4th card, you can use them on your next delivery.

Please be advised that some deliveries may arrive sooner or later than expected.

We ask that you not order until you are at your delivery location, and that you not leave your delivery location until your driver has arrived.

If your delivery has not arrived within the projected E.T.A. and no new E.T.A. has been provided, please contact us to locate your delivery.

RETURN POLICY

We DO NOT accept returns on any products due to health and safety reasons.

It is your responsibility to check your order before the driver leaves to ensure accuracy.

If upon the driver’s arrival you notice a mistake, they can take the item back.

Vapor cartridges will only be exchanged (for the same brand and flavor) if proven to be defective from the manufacturer within 10 days. 

Original packaging must be included.

Drop offs must still meet the area’s minimum.

If you would like to use our Drop Off services, please provide the following information with your order:

Walk-ups and bicycles are also welcome. If you are not utilizing a motor vehicle for your pickup, please let us know your current mode of transportation.
*TO AVOID CONFUSION, WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT APPROACH THE DRIVER’S VEHICLE UNTIL YOU ARE SIGNALED TO DO SO.*

Example: Hi! My name’s Mary Jane and I’d like to order 7g of OG Kush flower. I would like to use the Drop Off service today. I will be in a White Honda Civic, and the last 3 are 476. $15 change needed please. Thank you!
 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How does it work?
To use the Drop Off service, please select the option when ordering online or ask if the service is available over call / text. After you’ve provided the necessary identifying vehicle information, you’ll be given an ETA and a specified location. We’ll also provide you the driver’s vehicle information. Once you arrive, we ask that you make the transaction privately outside the driver’s window. Due to Covid-19 guidelines, we will not enter your car or vice versa. Easy as that!
 
I’m a new member. Am I allowed to use this service?
 First-Time members cannot utilize the Drop Off Service until their 2nd order.
 
Can I change the Drop Off Location to a location I’d prefer?
 No, but we can give you an alternate location if the first doesn’t work for you.
 
Does it cost extra to use this service?
 Not at all! No delivery fees or extra charges will be added.

Is the minimum really only $20?
 Yes, but only to a few specific locations. If you want a delivery do a different address/location, regular delivery minimums apply.
 
Can I try/test out my products in the driver’s car?
 No. Unfortunately, we cannot allow that in our delivery vehicles.
 
Can I cancel my Drop Off order and get a regular delivery?
Yes of course! Let us know at least 15 min in advance and we can reschedule/re-route your delivery.
 
Can the driver get in my car instead?
 No.
 
Can I bring anyone with me?
No. We ask that you come alone.

What if my drop off order is incorrect?
 Please check every order before your departure and immediately bring the error to the driver’s attention. If you realize later the order is wrong, please text or call our main line. The dispatcher will then make the correction and have your order re-delivered to you as fast as possible.
 
If me and my roommate order, can only one of us pick up our orders?
 Yes, but we’ll need verification from your roommate.
