LOCAL is a members-only fulfillment and delivery service. To apply for membership with LOCAL, click this link. You can also become a member by being referred by a current member. Safety is LOCAL’s number 1 concern, so please keep that in mind when placing and receiving orders.

NEW MEMBER REWARDS

New members can receive discounts their first 3 orders placed with us, all you have to do is mention this reward program, and receive between 5-20% off of your total order. Only items that are not already discounted can have this discount applied.

FIRST-TIME CUSTOMER REWARDS

Members placing their first 3 orders can receive the following discounts:

  • 20% OFF First Order Placed (automatically applied)
  • 10% OFF Second Order Placed (must request discount)
  • 5% OFF Third Order Placed (must request discount)

HOW IT WORKS

Refer a new member to us, get a reward! To refer a new member to us, please text us their full name and telephone number to verify that you are referring them. Afterwards, please have them text or call us, and we’ll take it from there. It’s that easy! As a member, you should only refer people to us that you know and trust, someone that wouldn’t be a potential safety risk to our team. If you don’t feel safe and comfortable around a person, chances are, we probably won’t either. If an incident occurs with a member, and we feel the need to cut them off, all people associated with that member can and will be cut off as well. After they place 2 orders and receive their second delivery, you then qualify for you reward, and we can bring that to you when you place your next order.

REFERRAL REWARDS

Referring a member gets one of the following:

  • 2 Free Joints (LOCAL selection)
  • Free Gram of concentrate (LOCAL selection)
  • Free edible valued up to $20 (LOCAL selection)

DISCOUNT CARDS

WHAT ARE THEY?

You may have received a White or Tan Card in your bag when you got a delivery from us, with our logo on one side, and the date and signature on the other. Don’t throw it away! These are Discount Cards. Discount Cards can be used to receive a discount on future orders.

HOW ARE THEY USED?

The cards are turned in 4 at a time. After you accumulate your 4th card, you can use them on the next delivery you set up.

HOW CAN I ENSURE I GET ONE?

Spend between $40 and $69, without discount anywhere on your order, to receive a White Discount Card.

Spend $70 or more, without a discount anywhere on your order, and instead receive a Tan Discount Card.

(Discount Cards are not handed out on orders that receive any type of discount or free item. If there is a discounted item your purchasing, or you’re using discount cards, you will not get a discount card with your order.)

WHAT ARE THEY WORTH?

4 White Discount Cards get you:  $10 off your purchase!

4 Tan Discount Cards get you:  $20 off your purchase!

E.T.A. ‘s, or Estimated Time of Arrival, for deliveries are not exact arrival times. Please be advised that some deliveries may arrive sooner or later than expected. We ask that you please do not order until you are at your delivery location, or leave your delivery location until your driver has arrived. If your delivery has not arrived within the projected E.T.A. and no new E.T.A. has been provided, please contact us to locate your delivery.

 

RETURN POLICY

    We DO NOT accept returns on any products due to health and safety reasons. It is your responsibility to check over your order before the driver leaves to ensure your order is correct and you received everything you wanted. If upon arrival of the driver you see that something in the order is not what you want after all, and the driver is still present, then they may take the item back and you wont be charged for it.

     Vapor cartridges will only be exchanged if proven to be defective from the manufacture within 10 days of originally ordering it, and not broken due to user error. If a vapor cartridge needs to be exchanged, it will be exchanged for one of the same brand and flavor. The original packaging for the cartridge must be included in the return.

DROP POINT SERVICE

 HOW IT WORKS

We are now offering Pick Up’s, so you can get your order faster. 

Returning customers will be able to schedule an appointment to meet us at one of our drop points to receive their order in as little as 20 minutes! 

If using one of our specified drop points, the minimum dollar amount to get an order delivered there is only $20!

If you would like to use our Drop Point services, please provide the following information with your order:

  • Vehicle Color

  • Vehicle Make

  • Vehicle Model

  • Last 3 of your license plate

Walk ups and bicycles are also welcome as well. If you are not utilizing a vehicle for your pickup, please let us know that you are not in a vehicle and let us know your current mode of transportation.

*TO AVOID CONFUSION, WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT APPROACH THE DRIVER’S VEHICLE UNTIL YOU ARE SIGNALED TO DO SO.*

Example: ( Hi my name is John Doe and I would like to order a Quarter of OG Kush flower. I would like to use the Drop Point service today. I will be in a White Honda Civic, and the last 3 are 476. $15 change needed please. Thank you! )

 

DROP POINTS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How does it work?

 To use the Drop Point service, please select the option when ordering online or ask if the service is available over call / text. After you’ve given us the necessary information we need to identify your vehicle, you will be given a 30 min ETA and a specified location to where the Drop Point Driver will be meeting you. We will also forward the driver’s vehicle information for your convenience as well. Once you arrive, we ask that you sit in the driver’s passenger seat  to verify that your order is correct. Easy as that! 

 

  • I’m a new customer. Am I allowed to use this service?

 First-Time members cannot utilize the Drop Point Service until their 2nd order. Your 1st order must be a delivery order.

 

  • Can I change the Drop Point Location to a location I’d prefer?

 No, but we can give you an alternate location to pick your order up if the first location does not work for you.

 

  • Does it cost extra to use this service?

 Not at all! No delivery fees or any extra charges will be added for utilizing our Drop Point service.

  • Is the minimum order amount to get a delivery really only $20?

 Yes, but only to one of our specified drop points. If you want a delivery do a different address/location, regular delivery minimums apply.

 

  • Can I try / test out my products in the driver’s car?

 We cannot allow that in our delivery vehicles unfortunately. 

 

  • Can I cancel my Drop Point order and get a regular delivery?

Yes of course! Let us know at least 15 min in advance and we can reschedule your appointment, or we can have your order delivered as normal. 

 

  • Can the driver get in my car instead?

 No unfortunately. The delivery drivers have multiple orders to fill and need to be in their vehicles at all times to avoid delays.

 

  • Can I bring anyone with me?

 No, we ask that you come alone.

 

  • What if my drop point order is incorrect?

 Please bring the error to the attention of the driver if you notice it during the transaction. If you realize later the order is wrong, please text or call and our dispatcher will make the correction and have your order re-delivered to you as fast as possible.

 

  • If me and my roommate order, can only one of us pick up our orders?

 Yes, but we need verification from your roommate that you will be picking their order along with yours.
