WHAT IS LOCAL COLLECTIVE?

    Local Collective is a members-only delivery service. We don’t advertise anywhere, and we don’t take cold calls. The only way to get connected with us is through a referral from a current member. As a member, you should only refer people to us that you know and trust, someone that wouldn’t be a potential safety risk to our team. If you don’t feel safe and comfortable around a person, chances are, we probably won’t ether. If an incident occurs with a member, and we feel the need to cut them off, all people associated with that member can and will be cut off as well. Safety is Local Collective’s number one concern.

 

REFERRAL PROGRAMS AND REWARDS

HOW IT WORKS

    To refer a new member to us, please text us their full name and telephone number to verify that you are referring them. Afterwards, please have them text or call us, and we’ll take it from there. It’s that easy!

    To become a new member, you must have a current member refer you first. We only require a valid state ID for memberships, but a current and valid medical recommendation is required to receive a First-Time Patient reward. Once we receive a copy or legible snapshot of both, you’re all set!

 

REWARDS

First Time Members signing up with a valid medical recommendation gets one of the following:

  • Free 8th of flower (Select Flowers)

  • Free Gram of concentrate (Select Concentrates)

  • Free edible valued up to $20

Referring a Member gets one of the following:

  • Free 8th of flower (Select Flowers)

  • Free Gram of concentrate (Select Concentrates)

  • Free edible valued up to $20

*This reward is redeemable on your next order, after new member places their first order. New member’s order must be enough to qualify for a white card, other wise, referring member must wait until new member’s second order to receive Referring Freebie.*

 

RETURN INCENTIVE CARDS

WHAT ARE THEY?

You may have received a White or Tan Card in your bag when you got a delivery from us, with our logo on one side, and the date and signature on the other. Don’t throw it away! These are Return Incentive Cards. Return Incentive Cards can be used to receive a discount on future orders.

HOW ARE THEY USED?

The cards are turned in 4 at a time. After you accumulate your 4th card, you can use them on the next delivery you set up.

HOW CAN I ENSURE I GET ONE?

Spend between $40 and $69, without discount, to receive a White Card.

Spend $70 or more, without a discount, and instead receive a Tan Card.

(Return Incentive Cards are not handed out on Tuesday’s. Orders that would normally qualify for a card on Tuesday get a free joint instead.)

WHAT ARE THEY WORTH?

4 White Cards get you:  $10 off your purchase!

4 Tan Cards get you:  $20 off your purchase!

4 cards in any mix and match combination:  $15 off your purchase!

     E.T.A. ‘s, or Estimated Time of Arrival, for deliveries are not exact arrival times. Please be advised that some deliveries may arrive sooner or later than expected. We ask that you please do not order until you are at your delivery location, or leave your delivery location until your driver has arrived. If your delivery has not arrived within the projected E.T.A. and no new E.T.A. has been provided, please contact us via our phone line to locate your delivery.

 

RETURN POLICY

    We do not accept returns on ANY products due to health and safety reasons. It is your responsibility to check over your order before the driver leaves to ensure your order is correct and you received everything you wanted. If upon arrival of the driver you see that something in the order is not what you want after all, and the driver is still present, then they may take the item back and you wont be charged for it.

     Vapor cartridges will only be exchanged if proven to be defective from the manufacture within 10 days of originally ordering it, and not broken due to user error. If a vapor cartridge needs to be exchanged, it will be exchanged for one of the same brand and flavor. The original packaging for the cartridge must be included in the return.
